How Is Change Measured?

  • Determining how we measure our success around identified key priorities requires collaborative planning and data sharing and leads to greater impact.

The Coalition will develop the measurement framework for the Plan over the next year.

Here are some examples of metrics that may be included: state funds invested in our local and regional food system, the number of business clusters across the state, or dollars invested through schools buying local food.

Measuring Racial Equity in the Food System: Established and Suggested Metrics,” is a tool for food systems practitioners to hold ourselves accountable to progress towards racial equity.

  • We want to hear from you - What do you think is most important to measure given the priorities identified in the Plan? Your ideas will be considered when we begin the evaluation development
